I'm a designer and lettering artist currently based in Austin, but my heart is in the Midwest. One day, my calculus teacher noticed my homework assignment was woefully blank, but the word 'Calculus' was doodled elaborately across the top. Instead of chastising me, he said, "Have you ever thought about being a graphic designer?" Big shoutout to Mr. Barter for seeing me, and not my shortcomings.

I am a graphic designer whose work focuses on marketing, branding, and hand drawn typography. Since 2021, I've been in-house at a startup, stretching myself and taking on all kinds of new skills! Whether full time or freelance, my goal is to create effective, accessible, design that makes lives easier.

Days before Covid lockdown, my husband John and I married, and three months later, we moved from Cincinnati to Austin! We have had a wild and wonderful four years exploring Texas so far; I'm now a full time designer and he's pursuing his music in the live music capital of the world. Other fun facts include being a coffee snob, a volleyball enthusiast, and I also desperately want a dog.
